Project Charter – real detailed example for Project Planning phases

SCOPE

Design of housing, hardware, programmer, hatch, drum, filters, pump, motor, hoses, gaskets, cable.

Training of production experts, warranty and after warranty service.

The scope of the project does not envisage the addition of additional functions and devices to the washing machine – dryer, active wash function, voice command. There is no provision for packaging, product packaging, distribution, advertising and warranty and after warranty service.
